Types of Mixtures
This week we are learning about the three main types of mixtures: solutions, suspensions, and colloids. Post an example of each and explain how they are different from each other. If you are having trouble thinking of ideas take a look in your refrigerator. You will find many ideas there. I always do!

Well, A solution is a mixture that appears to be a single substance but is composed of particles of two or more substances that are distributed evenly amongst each other which is like a homogeneous mixture. A suspension can have an example of Dirty air. A Colloid can be an example of Jello.

A mixture is like trail mix
a colliod is like paint
a suspension is like a snow globe
There different because a mixture has different things mixed into it. Suspensions is where the particles are seperated and a colliod are particles that aren’t heavy enough to seperate solutions.
